The receptionist was so nice and warm. The music was perfect: jazz, relaxing, and soft. The hygienist was new and was highly professional, anticipated my questions (for example, she offered to clean my retainers for me), took her time explaining things, made me feel welcome, made me feel good about my teeth by complimenting them, and walked me to the reception desk at the end even asking a question on my behalf. The whole experience was 5 stars for sure!

Dr Silva. you are amazing! Everyone of your staff are amazing too! Everyone is so welcoming and I always feel very comfortable every time I have a visit. You have state of the art equipment. The office is always clean. I couldn't have picked a better dentist. Thank you!

I truly appreciate the office team from the front desk to the assistants . Everyone is smile and readily to help. The office is bright and clean and spacious. Dr. Yero is very pleasant and caring for patients particularly she always talk through the process while she performs the procedure. That help me to know what is going on and feel calm which is not easy while laying on the dental chair.

I recently switched to Lake Side Dentist after being with another dentist in town for five years, and the difference has been amazing. From the moment you walk in, everything just feels more efficient and welcoming. The wait time to get back for appointments is quick, which I really appreciate. The staff is fantastic—friendly, professional, and they genuinely care about your experience. The office itself is very clean, and all the equipment feels modern and state-of-the-art, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you’re receiving. Let’s be honest, going to the dentist isn’t always the most fun thing, but they do everything they can to make it as comfortable and positive as possible. I’m really glad I made the switch and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you check out, everything about this place is exceptional. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Emily is always such a pleasure to speak with—friendly, helpful, and makes you feel right at home. Dr. G and Dr. Silva are absolutely amazing—both are knowledgeable, gentle, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. And I have to mention the hygienist—my teeth cleaning experience was fantastic! So thorough, gentle, and professional. Overall, this office sets the standard for what a great dental experience should be. Highly recommend!
